Brandi passante became an overnight sensation after her role in A&E's reality series 'StorageWars. The show also featured Jarrod Schulz, who was Passante's partner of many years and now husband. Storage lockers, which are rented out to tenants who haven't paid their rent for over three months are auctioned off in this reality show. Brandi and Jarrod of the Now and Then Thrift Store located in Orange California took part in this show hoping to get some cheap storage units. The couple had no idea that the show would transform them into reality TV celebrities. The couple was extremely polite in their bids during the entire show and became one of the main stars. It was their success on reality TV which boosted their businesses. Apart from managing their own shop, they opened a second one. A spin-off titled Brandi & Jarrod: Married to the Job was created after their appearance on Storage Wars.
